A ham knife with a 10'' forged blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel, nitrogen steel and which is ecological, as nitrogen is found in the atmosphere and its enrichment process has no negative effects on the air, water or soil. This material enables the knife to improve its cutting capacity and the durability of its blade.
Its handle is injection molded, the Polypropylene (PP) is injected in a liquid state and hardens around the tang of the knife forming a single blade-magic block.
